After getting a wish list of artists, a date and filling in all the requested fields within your booking request form provided, simply click submit request form . Once we receive the correct booking request form we will then find the act or acts from your list that are available for your specific date and within 48 hours you will receive a quote and acceptance upon availability with what you have requested.

Almost every produced concert is made up of the following aspects: If the concert or event requested is local based the fee will include the band`s fee ,personal equipment and backline, crew and management, ground transportation, contract and technical riders . If the concert or event requested is in foreign territories than the fee will include the band`s fee, personal equipment, crew (if necessary) and management, contract and technical riders. In both cases the promoter or organizer will be responsible for Pre- production and onsite producer, stage manager, loaders, security, sound, stage, lights, power, marketing, backstage facilities, catering, merchandise stand and al required permits. For the foreign performances the promoter or organizer is further requested to provide hotel accommodation and meals. Flights will be discussed as per individual request.

NO. The only time your have to pay anything is if we secure an act for you and our fees are built in to the overall price we quote for the entertainment. Normally we ask 50% deposit once the act is confirmed and a contract is agreed and signed.

A rider is a list of what the performer requires to perform or make an appearance. It RIDES or is attached to the contract so it is called a rider. This rider includes everything from the number of flights ( if agreed upon ) to the sound and technical requirements to the type of food and beverages that they require.

When we say we can provide you with a turn-key event, this means that we will handle all of the necessary requirements mentioned above including providing a producer for the event and/or flying in to the city ( if required) where the engagement is being held to handle the show from A-Z. How much we handle depends on how much you feel comfortable dealing with (hotels, ground transportation, etc.).

This is VERY important as it provides us with vital information in order to ensure the client gets the adequate show within the budget. It also ensure the audience won’t be disappointed at the wrong show booked. Age demographics and type of event give us an indication of the expected audience.

Every artist has his/her own fee. Normally this depends on popularity, demand and technical requirements. However once that fee is agreed with the artist it is kept standard. Each show option has a different fee providing flexibility depending on the event organized. We give up to 15% discount to promoters, agencies, concert, festival organizers who have booked the artist more than 3 times. We further give a 10% discount when more than one artist has been booked- MULTIPLE ARTIST BOOKING.
