We have chosen our artists very carefully and srtongly believe in an Indie label model where artists and team all work towards the same goal.  Our structure enables us to create a good plan backed by a business yearly projection, a vast network, a vision but above all sensitivity towards what the artist needs and wants. Being part of the music industry as an artist one tends to understand better what the artist’s needs are and this is possibly our secret. Keeping the creative side parallel to the business side maintains a sane equilibrium without loosing the right perspective from both ends.
